How can I schedule a meeting/tour?

Do the wedding ceremony packages include rehearsal time?
Yes, with single day wedding packages (except the Mini-Bird package) there is a 1.5 hour allotted rehearsal time typically scheduled for Thursdays or Friday mornings, or when no other events are occurring. A longer rehearsal time may be allowed with some of the extended multi-day wedding package rentals.

Is there an alternate ceremony space during inclement weather?
Yes, in the case of inclement weather the ceremony can be held in the pavilion with the clear vinyl panels rolled down

What policies do you have for things like insurance, smoking, alcohol, music, pets, payments, etc?

Is a deposit required to book a date?
Yes, there is a $1,000 non-refundable deposit required to book a wedding date (except for the Mini-Bird pkg). Mini-Bird non-refundable deposit of 25% of total. Other weekday group events require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to book a date.
